Our wine list is directed by Patrick Driscoll. Wines are selected not only for their desirability in terms of taste and value, but also for their compatibility with the menu. We have a full bar offering aperitifs, cocktails (our bar team, Tona Palomino and Jafrul Shahain, pride themselves on cocktails both new and traditional), and a particularly interesting selection of sake, sherry, gin and rum.
